Will tasks be updated in Task Console View of vSphere Web Client v6.0 (and previous version)?

By using createTask() or createScheduledTask() method, we could initiate a task that will be showed up in the Task Console (or Recent Tasks) of vSphere Web Client. But it seems it only works for vSphere Web Client with a version beyond 6.0u1 (included 6.0u1).

So my question is:

Is there a way that we could make it visible in vSphere Web Client v6.0 (and prior to that version if possible) ?
