Today I registered my plugin on Extention Manager.
On vCenter 6.5(GA) my plugin succeeded in downloading and expanding, but failed in upload.
vCenter 6.0 it always succeeded.
I think on vCenter 6.5(GA) it is failed due to the upload file service.
