Unregistered plugin still shows up in Plugin-in Management view on vsphere web client

Hello

I was starting to notice the following behavior. I unregistered a plugin/extension on the vcenter server. I verified by viewing the mob browser that the extension no longer gets listed under the extension manager. However the vsphere web client when it connects to the vcenter server it still shows the extension listed and enabled under the plug-in management view. Is that the accepted behavior or am I missing something?
