Order of the actions within menus

Hello,

Is there a way to specify the order of the actions group within the Action menu? At this moment, when the menu is loaded the first time, the plugin's group menu appears above the "All vCenter Actions". When you click the second time to load the menu, it will apear below it.

Any suggestions?
