Does HTML Bridge provide any API to add parameters for URL? Just like flex-iframe.

I need to load a html page from a remote site.But I can't add url with parameters in plugin.xml.

Here is my code:

Does HTML Bridge provide any API to add parameters for URL? Just like flex-iframe.
