Can we add our custom action on Datacenter Grid's Action set Like create Datacenter?

I wanted to add my custom action on top of the Datacenter Objects list view as shown in the snapshot and not in Actions list which appears after right click on any datacenter object.

For Eg. Like Add Datacenter action.
