vSphere SDK Tools sub menu items disabled

Hi there,

I am trying to package my HTML based UI and Java service, to be able to deploy as an extension on the vCenter.

I am trying to follow the steps described in the SDK Tutorial. But I have the sub menu items under vSphere SDK Tools disabled. Is there any update that needs to be installed. What is the procedure for packaging.
