Backward compatibility for VWC plugin developed for vCenter 6.0

Hi,

I had a plugin developed for vCenter 5.1, 5.5 and which works fine.

Then I made changes in manifest, remoting-config, services-config files to make it compatible with vCenter 6.0. And the plugin works fine with these changes on VWC 6.0.

But when I try to register the modified plugin on vCenter 5.5, it fails.

I was wondering what is the backward compatibility for vCenter 6.0 compatible plugins.
