API to download IDP metadata xml and upload SP metadata XML for SSO using SAML

Hi,

I configured my html plugin to use SSO using SAML after initial metadata configuration. In order to automate the configuration, do we have an API/Rest call which I can make from my application to download IDP meta data xml for vcenter and similarly upload SP metadata xml from my application to vcenter.
