Exception while accessing extension on vCenter 5.5 via vSphere web client

Hello

I am running into the following problem on vCenter 5.5. This works on vcenter 5.1

I have an extension that I have deployed successfully on vCenter 5.5.

Next I used the vSphere web client to connect to the same vcenter server. I can see that my extension was downloaded to the vsphere serenity package location. However I do not see my extension (icon/menu) on the web client UI.

When i check the vsphere log i see the following exception:

[ERROR] P Connection(21)-9.11.66.134  org.eclipse.virgo.medic.eventlog.default

Appreciate any help.

Thanks
