Global Action-Add entities from within entity listing

hi laurent,

i came to a scenario in our requirement where i want to add or perform an action without having any object of such type in listing.

like in the same way in vCenter Clusters listing create a new cluster from cluster listing by providing an button or icon to add a new cluster.

Is there any Extension-point available to add such icon above datagrid(columnsetcontainer).?

or if not how can one can add ?

please provide some sample details as there are no SDK samples for the mentioned usecase.

so in the mentioned screen there is no Cluster object and user can able to click on create action.

how one can place their icon to achive such functionality.?
